She was awarded a Drama logue for her role in a stage production Catholic School Girls. The first time she appeared on screen was as a TV-series guest star. She had guest-starring roles in series including Hyperion Bay. On the comedy Good Morning Miami she landed her first lead role. Then she appeared in other regular series including In Justice Boston Legal, House of Cards and House of Cards. The actress gained fame for her portrayal of Dana Gordon in the HBO show Entourage and was awarded the Critics' Choice Television Award for her portrayal of Quinn King in the TV show Un REAL. She reprised her role as Gordon in the feature film Entourage as well as starred in the two films Results as well as Run the Tide. She is set to voice Veronica Cale for the upcoming direct to video animated superhero movie Wonder Woman: Bloodlines.
